Food at Camp

Great Food in a great environment

At Camp Carolina, we are so proud of each meal we send out of the kitchen to our hungry campers and counselors!

We are one of the only camps in the area with a 20+ person kitchen staff. Our incredibly hard working kitchen team work in shifts from early morning to late in the evening to ensure the quality of the meals we are sending out is of a high culinary standard. We strive to make just about everything from scratch ensuring the use of top quality ingredients every step of the way. We even bake up to 30 loaves of bread per day and only serve mayonnaise and salad dressings prepared in-house!

WE LOVE FOOD! Our passion for making healthy, locally produced, scrumptious food is shown in every meal we make.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Does your camper have a dietary restriction? No problem! We pride ourselves on offering a dietary substitute for all our campers and staff that doesn't compromise on flavor. Whether you are Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten free or Nut free, there will always be a delicious and nutritious meal prepared with your needs in mind, and dessert too!

Our Vendors

We aim to support local companies wherever possible to source the freshest food and produce to help fuel our CCB family for a full day of excitement at Camp! Additionally, we check in with the campers and staff to get feedback on favorite meals. Some of our vendors include Hickory Nut Gap, Lindley Mills and Mountain Food Products!

  • Hickory Nut Gap Farms | Beef & Pork

Today, ninth and tenth-generation Lindleys still run Lindley Mills, inspired to continue the tradition of milling real, organic, non-GMO flour—the same way our ancestors did centuries ago."
